First of all this species is often confused with Staghorn sumac.
Secondly the specimin below is probably not a Rhus glabra, but probably Rhus x pulvinata= R.typhina x
R.glabra. Glabra is not often seen in the Netherlands at all. Glabra has no hairs at all, and the stem between the sub-leafs is purple and with a whitish glow.
